IRVINE, Calif. (Feb. 1, 2019) – Mazda North American Operations (MNAO) today announced the promotion of Tom Donnelly to the newly created role of Senior Vice President of Retail Operations. Based at the company’s Irvine, California Headquarters office, Donnelly will continue to report to MNAO Executive Vice President, Jim Lievois.

In this role he will continue to be responsible for overseeing U.S. vehicle sales, the company’s dealer network and U.S. regional office operations.

“Since his appointment to Vice President of Retail Operations in January 2017, Tom has greatly progressed the Brand Value Management in retail operations and improved the overall business operations and relations with our dealers,” said Lievois. “We are confident Tom will continue to improve our retail operations and strengthen the Mazda brand.”

Donnelly joined Mazda in February 2008 as the director of customer services and parts operations and has also served as Region General Manager in the Gulf and Western regions.

Mazda North American Operations is headquartered in Irvine, California, and oversees the sales, marketing, parts and customer service support of Mazda vehicles in the United States and Mexico through nearly 700 dealers.
