Mazda CX-9 Discontinuation

IRVINE, Calif. (June 30, 2023) – After many successful years, Mazda will discontinue CX-9 for the US market following the 2023 model year. Offering a unique blend of utility, performance, design and premium sensibilities, CX-9 proved to be a very capable family vehicle paving the way for Mazda’s next generation of vehicles, like the first-ever 2024 CX-90. Mazda’s deep-rooted commitment to deliver the best human-centric experience has remained at the very heart of our business and can be seen in the continual evolution of our vehicles.

Mazda North American Operations is headquartered in Irvine, California, and oversees the sales, marketing, parts and customer service support of Mazda vehicles in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Colombia through approximately 795 dealers.
